FRANKLIN, Mich.—July, 2013—Logi-Serve, one of the nation’s fastest-growing talent assessment firms, today announced that it has named Dr. Charles Handler, a pioneer in the field of talent-assessment science, to its executive team.
Joining Logi-Serve in the role as Executive Scientist, Dr. Handler is leaving Rocket-Hire, his private global consulting practice and his position as lead adjunct assessment analyst at Bersin by Deloitte, an international HR and talent-assessment firm.

Dr. Handler, who holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana State University, has over two decades of experience in a wide range of areas related to the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of talent assessment tools. Dr. Handler’s experience includes positions as a test developer, psychometrician, litigation support analyst, and selection systems consultant to corporations in many industries including banking, insurance, finance, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, high-tech, and public safety. Dr. Handler’s client list includes such leading brands as Intuit Software, Hilton Hotels, Wells Fargo and T-Mobile.
