Information You Provide as a Logi-Serve consumer Website User – As you navigate the Site, you may fill out forms and provide information such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company details, and login credentials for access to the customer portal.
Information You Provide as a Logi-Serve Product User – As you provide responses to the Products, you will be identified through one or more of the following methods: (a) using information such as your name, email address, date of birth, and/or other identifying information, (b) using an identification number assigned to you and provided to us by the Organization (for example, an employee ID number) or (c) using an identification number dynamically generated by the Products.
