Logi-Serve today announced that it has signed a multiyear agreement to provide Klarna Group, the leading European payment provider, with tools to evaluate candidates for customer-service positions.
Logi-Serve, a rapidly growing software-based talent assessment firm, said that it will provide its assessment tool to Klarna Group to select and develop employees in key positions that serve both end-user consumers and merchants.
