President & CEO
Eric Krohner is a veteran entrepreneur with a track record in successfully leading organizations serving the HR and human-capital technology fields.
Krohner is the founder of Logi-Serve serving as its president and chief executive officer. He is focused on strategy, sales and operations and building the company’s offerings as a global assessment and development platform. Krohner has received recognition for his vision and leadership skills from the HR industry, as well as trade and business publications.
Prior to Logi-Serve, Krohner founded The Solution Group, growing it over the course of a decade into one of the nation’s leading resellers of human-capital software. Its clients include multinational in fields ranging from finance and food services to automotive and home construction. Among brands he has established multi-year partnerships with are Audi, Bloomingdale’s, Dawn Foods, Quicken Loans, Macy’s, Pulte Homes, Sun Communities,Volkswagen and VeriSign.
Previously, Krohner held a variety of marketing and sales positions, including serving as a sales executive with the Taubman Company, a Fortune 500 real-estate investment trust.
He has been quoted on the topics of HR measurement and business leadership in a number of major publications, including the New York Times, the Detroit Free Press and Crain’s Business.
Krohner has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Michigan State University and a master’s in Public Administration from Wayne State University. A guest speaker at leading industry forums, he holds a variety of community roles, including serving on the Michigan Development Corporation Technology Advisory Board.
